Security

1National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both front and back. If you don't have an NID, a passport or driving licence is also accepted.
2Selfie photo — A recent photo of you holding your NID.

Account
Most profile information on Fancy One can be updated directly by you; some changes may require assistance from our support team.
You can do this yourself:
1Log in and tap the profile icon at the top.
2Go to "Profile Settings" or "My Details".
3Update your name, email, or address and click "Save".
Change Mobile Number: This cannot be done directly, as your mobile number is the primary identifier for your account security. To add a new number, contact Fancy One Support at support@fancyone.net. Once OTP verification is completed on the old number, the change is typically processed within 24–48 hours. Having a completed NID verification speeds up the process.

What you'll need:
1Bangladeshi Mobile Number (starting with 01, 11 digits) — this is your primary login identifier.
2Full Name — Entering this as it appears on your NID will make KYC verification easier later.
3Date of Birth — You must be at least 18 years old.
4Password — At least 8 characters, including numbers and special characters.
Email is optional. After registration, you'll receive an OTP on your mobile — enter it to activate your account. Only one account can be created per mobile number. To register, Click Here।
Betting
An accumulator (commonly called a "multi-bet" or "combo" locally) combines bets on multiple matches into one. Win all of them and the payout is massive, since all the odds multiply together. It's straightforward to do on Fancy One:
1Go to the "Sports" or "Betting" section and select the matches you want to bet on one by one — each selection will be added to your bet slip.
2Once your bet slip has more than 2 selections, the "Accumulator" option will appear automatically.
3Enter your total stake. The slip will show your potential payout if all selections win (combined odds × stake).
4Just tap "Confirm Bet" and you're done.
Note: If any single match in your accumulator loses, the entire bet is lost. It's wise to start small — a combo of 2–4 matches is generally recommended.
